When you are angry with someone, don't send them a text or email, instead, call them or go to them face to face and vent your anger. Anything you write down in anger can be used against you after your anger has died. Even in your anger, still use wisdom. Do not store your anger in a permanent form. Anger is an emotion, but writing is a record. If you put down your anger in writing, you are keeping a permanent record of a temporary emotion. Talk it out, don't write it out. To be continued...
