Achieve Any Goal With This Unusual Sleep Routine

I'd like to show you an unusually simple but powerful sleep routine to achieve your goals faster. I call it the "WAV10 method." It's a unique way to program your subconscious mind when it's most receptive to suggestion - before sleeping and after waking up.
Years of practicing visualizations, affirmations, and law of attraction techniques has led me to find this ideal formula for achieving my desires (including becoming a bestselling author). And I believe it can do the same for you.
In a nutshell, WAV10 stands for Writing (W) your goal 10 times in a piece of paper or index card, then Affirming (A) everything you've written 10 times, and then Visualizing (V) your ideal result for 10 minutes.
Remember to do this activity last thing before you go to sleep and first thing after you wake up.
Let's say you want to be a confident public speaker.
Step 1: Write down your goal 10 times in a piece of paper or index card.
You can say something as simple as "I'm a confident public speaker." (You may replace "confident" with other words such as "fearless", "exciting", "calm", "awesome," or any other words that resonate well with you.)
If you're the religious type, you could write something like, "I can speak perfectly through Christ who strengthens me." Your belief in Christ will amplify your self-confidence.
Write just one affirmation 10 times (not a combination of affirmations) because you want to focus entirely on this one goal for faster results.
Step 2: Read or say your affirmation (what you've written in your paper or index card) 10 times.
Since you've written your goal 10 times in your paper - and you have to read your entire paper 10 times, you would be saying your affirmation 100 times. (Don't worry, it would take just around 6 to 8 minutes to do this step).
It's best if you're all alone, so you can shout your affirmations as loud and as emotional as you can. If this is not possible, the next best thing is to just say them to yourself with conviction. Remember, you have to feel confident when you're saying them.
Step 3: Visualize or imagine your ideal scene, then play it over and over in your mind for 10 minutes.
Perhaps you could imagine yourself speaking confidently in front of an audience; then after your speech, you receive a standing ovation. Use as much of your senses as possible. What are you seeing, hearing, smelling and feeling at every moment? Do you see hundreds of people standing to their feet? Do you hear their enthusiastic claps and cheers? Do you smell the fragrance of flowers at the sides of the stage? Do you feel unparalleled happiness or excitement?
If you're one of those people who has a tough time imagining, you could use the help of a vision board. Just paste pictures or photos of people speaking in front of an audience, then replace their face or body with yours. You may either just look intently at your vision board and let your imagination take over, or you could purposely visualize your ideal scene while looking at it.
This sleep routine isn't limited to just the example above. You can apply it to almost any goal or desire you wish to achieve.
Although these 3 steps are incredibly effective, you also need to take inspired action to make it happen. In the example above, you must practice often to achieve what you want.
Stay focused and don't get discouraged if things didn't work out as you planned in the first few days. Just continue doing this method and believe that you will attain your goal at the "right" time. Because you will.

De-starching the Leaves of a Plant

De-starching the Leaves of a Plant 'De-starch (or Destarch) the leaves of a potted plant' is one of the preliminary steps in a  photosynthesis experiment . Biology students often ask the following questions about de-starching. What is  the definition of de-starching? Why it is necessary to de-starch the leaves of a plant before conducting photosynthesis experiments? What happens to the starch stores when the potted plant is deprived of light or carbon dioxide? How to de-starch the leaves of a plant? What is the definition of de-starching? De-starching is the process by which the starch reserves in a plant are depleted by depriving the plant of either light or carbon dioxide.  Why is it necessary to de-starch the leaves of a plant before conducting photosynthesis experiments? We test for the presence  of starch  in leaves in order to determine that photosynthesis has occurred. Glucose -  the product of photosynthe

Ethanol Emulsion Test for Fats and Oils

Ethanol Emulsion Test for Fats and Oils The  Ethanol Emulsion Test  is a  food test  which determines the presence of a broad group of naturally occurring compounds known as  lipids . Lipids consist of  fats  and  oils . Other lipid tests include the  Grease Spot Test  and the  Sudan Stain Test . The Grease spot test is performed on fats - lipids which are solid at room temperature. Sudan stain colours lipids red, but is a less common bench reagent than ethanol. The Ethanol Emulsion Test is the most common test amongst the three. Procedure Solid sample  Crush  the food sample and place in a dry test tube. Add ethanol  to about 2 cm3 above the level of the sample and shake thoroughly. Allow the solid to  settle  (about 3 min) to allow the lipid to be extracted. Decant  the ethanol into another test tube. Add 2 cm3 of  deionized water  to the second test tube Make observations. Liquid sample Add a  few drops  of the liquid food sample to a dry te
