Unleash Your Gift and Elevate

You have gifts that God has blessed you with, but you have to take steps to unleash them. If not they may never get out into the lives of others. You can't allow fear, procrastination, doubt, or naysayers to hold you back. God would never lead you to do anything that he hasn't already empowered you to do.
Many times we take life for granted and we consistently think that we have until tomorrow to get things done, but often that is not the case. There is no time like the present time for you to move forward in your life. Don't put off until tomorrow what you can do today.
That doesn't mean that you have to accomplish all of your goals in one day, what it means is that you can decide today to take steps that will launch you into your purpose. And unleashing our gifts just doesn't have an impact on us, but it also impacts those we are called to serve.
Sometimes things happen in life that cause us to feel like we have missed it. But if you are still here and you are still breathing then you still have time to make a difference. Even if you are making a difference now, can you make a bigger difference? Is there something else that you could be doing to inspire and empower others? We can't sit on our gifts, that is not why God gave them to us. It is important that we take the necessary step to unleash our gifts and shine as bright as we were born to shine.
And it's time for you to prosper. That means flourish in every area of your life. Unleashing your gifts can be connected to more than you feeling more purposeful. You can also experience elevation emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and financially. And that is priceless. We don't have to go through life wishing that we could be more, do more, and have more. God has given us that opportunity, but He won't make us do anything, that is up to us. And when we have divine guidance leading us we should feel confident that we are making the right choice.
I remember times when I would look for success outside of me, but then I started looking for success within and that made a huge difference in my life. Because I started to realize that success was already inside of me. But it had been hidden by pain, struggles, challenges, being preoccupied with what others thought about me, and many other things. But I decide one day that I was going to live my life that way that God designed me to, and that was in alignment with His plan for my life. And following God's plan for my life has never disappointed me. And it is my goal to encourage you to do the same. Being in divine alignment is a fail-poof success plan that allows us to rise to the top, like "the cream of the crop!" It is never too late to picture the success inside of you and manifest it outside. Stop doubting the doubt that makes you to doubt the doubt that you are doubting. God build in every man the capacity to succeed, and until we understand that success is inside of us ,we might not be able to manifest it.

De-starching the Leaves of a Plant

De-starching the Leaves of a Plant 'De-starch (or Destarch) the leaves of a potted plant' is one of the preliminary steps in a  photosynthesis experiment . Biology students often ask the following questions about de-starching. What is  the definition of de-starching? Why it is necessary to de-starch the leaves of a plant before conducting photosynthesis experiments? What happens to the starch stores when the potted plant is deprived of light or carbon dioxide? How to de-starch the leaves of a plant? What is the definition of de-starching? De-starching is the process by which the starch reserves in a plant are depleted by depriving the plant of either light or carbon dioxide.  Why is it necessary to de-starch the leaves of a plant before conducting photosynthesis experiments? We test for the presence  of starch  in leaves in order to determine that photosynthesis has occurred. Glucose -  the product of photosynthe

Ethanol Emulsion Test for Fats and Oils

Ethanol Emulsion Test for Fats and Oils The  Ethanol Emulsion Test  is a  food test  which determines the presence of a broad group of naturally occurring compounds known as  lipids . Lipids consist of  fats  and  oils . Other lipid tests include the  Grease Spot Test  and the  Sudan Stain Test . The Grease spot test is performed on fats - lipids which are solid at room temperature. Sudan stain colours lipids red, but is a less common bench reagent than ethanol. The Ethanol Emulsion Test is the most common test amongst the three. Procedure Solid sample  Crush  the food sample and place in a dry test tube. Add ethanol  to about 2 cm3 above the level of the sample and shake thoroughly. Allow the solid to  settle  (about 3 min) to allow the lipid to be extracted. Decant  the ethanol into another test tube. Add 2 cm3 of  deionized water  to the second test tube Make observations. Liquid sample Add a  few drops  of the liquid food sample to a dry te
